One of my favourite teachers back at the academy taught us a nifty technique: grabbing a different pencil blindly from a bucketful of colours every few strokes. I only had about 15 minutes of my baby-free time left, and I spent most of that looking through Eli’s baby photos, picking one for reference. As you can see from the proof-pic, my drawing session ended abruptly, but all in all I got quite a bit done today, including drafting out a short comic strip and a good, sweaty workout 🙂
